My heartfelt thanks go to to all my friends who have voted in support of my bears, as well as to Valerie and the Bears&Buds for organizing the URSA Awards Competition annually.

The URSA is a wonderful platform for artists around the world to demonstrate our talent and creativity, to be inspired and to build friendship.

I started making teddy bear in 2009 out of love for my children. Teddy bears are well liked with their image of love, care and being huggable.

I hope that jointly through International platforms like URSA Awards competition we may promote teddy bear art further, in particular to the younger generation.

I wish everyone good health and stay safe during such a year of global pandemic.

I am thrilled to won in this years URSA Awards Competition with not one but three of my creations. I have no words to express how i feel and I made a few happy jumps!

It's always a challenge to pick a creation to send and in what category to enter them in.

This year I made the choice to send different designs, like my full leather bear and she wasn't the most favorite in her category but I had some nice reactions about her; and that's a reward on its own.

I was honestly happy, surprised and so grateful to see Elsie, Woof and Dad & Me where voted as favorites.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to view the categories and place their votes; we couldn't do it without you.

Valerie and her team run a very professional competition and there is much thought and effort put into the trophies and prizes. It really seems to be a labor of love.
