By filling out and submitting the online show application is not a guarantee that you'll be in the show. 

We have established a new Seniority Ranking System and you will be notified about
4-6 weeks before a show that you have been accepted. You must respond to that eMail quickly as many artist now wish to be in our shows.
We will be playing a form of 'musical chairs' as we limit the show to 48-52 artists.

Check ONE or all ONLINE Teddy Bear Shows you wish to participate in.

You will not be billed to you until you receive an eMail notification (about 4-6 weeks before a show), and confirmed you can participate. We will then send you a PayPal invoice. Not to worry, we only bill you for the coming show that you will be participating in. We do not bill all the show fees at one time.

2025 Online show fee: $95.00 for each show consisting of 6 minimum and 12 maximum bears. You can add up to 8 more bears (total show limit 20), billed at $8.00 for each extra piece. Three extra spaces for "My Bear Treasures" feature.

If you plan to use Bright Star's Web Page Design and Management Service, the first online show fee is: $175.00 which includes the online show fee, page design and artwork. Once your selling page has been established and managed by Bright Star any future online show fees are: $95.00 plus $5.00 for each bear on the show page.

Deadlines & Rules:  Avoid a cancelation penalty by meeting ALL our deadlines
on time and following our trusted rules: they are:

1.) Lead photo presented on or before the deadline,

2.) Your URL sent to us on or before the deadline,

3.) Page published for inspection on time,
4.) No modifications to bear's name or price after your show page is approved

and that will assure you won't be cancelled from the show.

5.) Show only your lead bear and sold bears on social media platforms for the entire show time.

6.) PayPal infractions to inventory.

7.) Continuing not to meet our deadline in 3 consecutive shows, you will not be invited to participate in any of our shows.

Cancellation by us, is without a refund.

If you cancel your participating in a show, half the fee will be transferred to a future show or refunded to  your PayPal account. We will strictly adhere to these standards.

Online Teddy Bear Show Dates and Deadlines

Apply for one or all shows using the form below. If accepted in a show, you will be notified by an eMail about 4-6 weeks before the show; the show fee is due then. PayPal invoice for $95 will be sent after your confirm your space.

NOTE: if a show is Sold Out, you can apply and be placed on a waiting list.

We do all the cropping and framing for placement on our home selling page.

By submitting a photo you grant permission for Bright Star to use the photo in advertising.

Pleae send a professional looking selfy of yourself to use in our atist introductions.

Send several photos throughtout the year is suggested, as often we have themes.
