Oksana is a Ukrainian traditional name and has been  bestowed on this 12.5" or 31 cm brown mohair bear. She has suede paw pads, dark brown glass eyes and her nose and claws are embroidered in black. Her dress is made of cotton and is hand embroidered. Traditional Ukrainian dress shows the status of the woman whether she's engaged, married or a widow. Medoro is 11 inch tall and he is made from two kinds of rare, dense, slightly curled, tipped mohair. Medoro has black German glass eyes with white felt under. Nose is hand sculpted in polymer clay without the use of a mold. Paw pads are made from cashmere and finished with brown cotton Perle. He is stuffed with poly-fil, wool and steel shot. Molly is one-of-a-kind and entirely crocheted from a variety of different yarns without the use of any pattern. She stands 13” tall and has black German glass eyes with needle felted whites. Her nose is hand-stitched, waxed and sealed. Safety enclosed steel shot in her tummy gives her a nice weight. Her head is cotter pin jointed; her limbs are sewn on and move freely. Purple is made from distressed, aged mohair with wood wool filling. She has antique boot-button eyes and felt paws. Purple is weighted with steel pellets, and has been air-brushed to emphasize her features. Inspired by the Jenny Joseph poem, Purple is all about growing old disgracefully. Purple has lace panties and petticoat. Her skirt is purple velvet and her blouse is gold silk with vintage buttons. Her shawl is vintage lace; she wears a vintage diamante brooch and crystal necklace. Aquilla is an ocean sprite standing 13" tall. Although she is fully jointed she does not stand due to her cascading sea treasures consisting of shells, beads and glitter water drops. Aquilla is made of blue mohair with antique blue velvet paw pads. She has glass eyes which sparkle with a glitter backing. She has pointed elfin ears and is stuffed with poly-fil and pellets. Kamik is ready for winter with his had-sewn and decorated Mukluks and hand-knit scarf. He is a 12 inch polar bear made from pure Japanese silk plush. Cashmere paw pads, black glass eyes, double neck joint, scissor and needle-sculpted face. Hand stitched and lacquered nose. Filled with poly-fibre, kapok and steel shot. Couture Bear stands 17 inches tall and made of light colored mohair. Her paw pads are mohair too. She has glass eyes, double joined neck and fully joined body, arm with armature which can make the arm bend and pose. Poly-fil and glass pellet stuffing inside. Couture Bears wears a one piece dress made of Thai silk. The skirt was hand sewn with little gatherings to make the shape, The upper bodice was needle felted with a flower pattern. She wears a hat that has beads embroidered into the design and little feathers cascading down one side. The wrist opening has five little jade buttons. Oscar Wildefox is made of mohair and alpaca, standing 17” tall with wired and jointed including a double jointed neck. Oscar is trimmed, needle sculpted and hand painted. He has hand-painted glass eyes in double-lid eyelids, dimensional toes and paw pads, black horsehair whiskers and an embroidered nose and mouth. Over a black brocade silk vest, Mr. Wildefox wears a red damask silk riding jacket with a black velveteen collar and pocket flaps. His red linen lapel is hand embroidered in black and gold. Sleepy Time Joe is an open-mouth, two-toned bear standing 14 inches or 36 cm. His body, head and limbs are hand-stitched from a rusty-brown, short pile Schulte mohair. His tummy and muzzle are a creamy white, dense pile alpaca and he is filled with poly-fil and steel shot. His arms are wired so they can be posed. Paw pads are airbrushed with several shades of brown and accented with oil paints. Joe has hand-painted brown and gold starburst with sleepy time eyelids. Joe's nose is hand-stitched with black Perle cotton and finished to a glossy shine. Ready for bed, he's wearing his tassel sleeping cap and he holds his little flannel blanket. Anna is 14 inches tall and made from German mohair. She is stuffed with poly-fil and has a wire armature in her arms and legs to help her stand and pose. She has glass eyes, partially needle felted face with open mouth and leather tongue. Anna has hand painted details and a leather nose. Brady is a free-standing 24” toddler bear. He is made from dense, golden honey color mohair with matching suede paw pads. He is filled with poly-fil and pellets for a lifelike weight. His face is extensively scissor sculpted and his nose is hand embroidered. Brady has light shading around his hand painted glass eyes. He is fully jointed with additional armature in his arms and legs for extra posing. Brady is dressed in denim bib overalls and a white Onesie with red trim. Children’s boots complete his outfit. Tricky-Jack's inner ears, eyelids and paws are made from a beige cashmere fabric. He has blue enameled glass eyes, with a circle of silver around the pupils and white cashmere behind. His button nose is embroidered with shades of blue and white. He is needle and scissors sculpted with light airbrushing to enhance his details. Tricky-Jack is wearing a red scarf.
